Our client is a complex manufacturing business and industry leader, with an enviable track record and strong reputation for producing exceptional products both locally and internationally. With revenue tracking at c$160M and ongoing M&A activity, they are entering a critical phase of expansion.
The Role:
We are engaged on a confidential search to identify a commercially astute and experienced CFO / Company Secretary to partner closely with the CEO through the next stage of growth, whilst providing strong financial stewardship across the business.
This dual-capacity mandate (70% CFO / 30% Co Sec) combines strategic financial leadership with strong governance oversight. You will balance scalable growth and profitability with disciplined, listed-style reporting and risk management rigour.
You’ll need to be an experienced leader who can quickly grasp operational drivers, product mix, scalability and profitability levers, while maintaining disciplined reporting and risk management.
Key Focus Areas:
- Commercial and strategic partner to the CEO across enterprise growth and capital allocation
- Support Acquisition activity, leading due diligence and evaluation of strategic opportunities
- Oversee a portfolio of assets and property investments
- Deliver clear, insight-led monthly Board reporting
- Leadership of a mature finance function, working closely with operational leaders
- Board engagement and delivery of monthly financial reporting
- Oversee governance, shareholder matters, AGM processes and compliance
Essential Skills and Experience:
- CFO experience within complex manufacturing environments
- Experience operating in a listed or similarly detailed reporting setting
- Proven Board engagement capability
- Commercial, decisive and growth-focused
- Acquisitions assessment and financial due diligence experience
- Seasoned executive presence with the energy to drive outcomes
- Company Secretarial experience
- Leadership style suited to working across multiple business units in a growing organisation
